We are looking for an international client relationship manager to build and nurture relationships with clients, and help them start their surrogacy and egg donation journey.

Qualifications

​

• Previous experience working as a client relationship manager in a fertility agency or clinic or having completed a surrogacy  journey personally is required

• Located in EST or CST time zones and open to flexible working hours

• A deep understanding of the surrogacy and egg donation  journey

• Excellent communication skills and a big heart are a must

• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. client satisfaction)

• A client-oriented attitude

• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of CRM platforms

• Problem-solving attitude

• A team player

• Excellent grammar and writing skills
